DPAF Board of Trustees
The DPAF is run by a dedicated team of volunteer leaders working within the field of dermatology. The Board of Directors are comprised of a Chair, Treasurer/Secretary, Vice Chair, and four Directors at Large.
CHAIR
Faseeha Raza
MMS, PA-C
Faseeha is joining the Dermatology PA Foundation as the organization's Chair, driven by her passion for serving the community through education and service. Her vision is to elevate DPAF’s visibility on both national and global levels by fostering philanthropic interest and opportunities for Derm PAs. She is a board-certified PA specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology and primary care medicine. Faseeha earned a Master of Medical Science in PA studies from Baldwin Wallace University in Cleveland, Ohio. She is committed to her work with non-profit organizations and continually seeks to contribute to PA education, research, and professional development initiatives. Faseeha enjoys teaching and serves as a clinical mentor for the West Coast University Physician Assistant program in Dallas, Texas.
Faseeha is the founder and CEO of Chic Derm & Aesthetics and the Lung & Sleep Health Center, a multidisciplinary medical practice in Plano, Texas. Alongside her executive roles, she has successfully served as the Chair of SDPA’s Distance CME Committee from 2022 to 2024 and as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Dermatology PA Foundation from 2023 to 2024. Previously, she was a member of the Board of Trustees for DPAF, the Vice Chair for the SDPA Distance CME Committee, and the Director of Community Health Education at CISC Free Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.
CHAIR
Renata Block
MMS, PA-C
Renata Block has been a Certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology since 2003. She works at Advanced Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine, LLC, in Chicago, IL Giving back to her profession and community is a top priority as a medical professional. She is the Past President of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), a national organization of 4,700 members, the Past President of the Illinois Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (ISDPA), and the Current Chair of the Dermatology Physician Assistants Foundation, a supporting organization of the SDPA. She is honored to be the first Physician Assistant on the Dermatology Times Editorial Advisory Board and the first Physician Assistant ever asked to be on an Advisory Committee for the FDA.
Ms. Block has been featured on TV, radio, social media, and many publications. She has been educating the public on proper skincare and the importance of Dermatology Physician Assistants' role in the healthcare community on her social media page @savvydermdiva.
She not only volunteers for her profession but has been on the Development Board for PAWS Chicago, a not-for-profit organization promoting a national model for animal rescue, since 2010, where she and her husband have raised funds for building a no-kill community in Chicago.

Sarah Vicari
PA-C
Sarah graduated from Ripon College in Ripon, Wisconsin in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry-Biology and serves as a member of Beta Beta Beta Biology honor society. She graduated with a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. She then worked in dermatology for eight years in Gurnee, Illinois, before moving back to Wisconsin to work for Forefront Dermatology in late 2015. She currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer for the SDPA and was previously a Director at Large. Sarah has been active with DPAF since 2019 and has a passion for medical missions and community outreach. She believes that Dermatology PAs should look to DPAF as the main resource in looking for opportunities to help their profession, their communities and their patients.

Holly Glover

Holly has been a practicing dermatology physician assistant since 2013, currently serving patients at the Dermatology and Skin Cancer Surgery Center in Waxahachie, TX. She is honored to advocate for SDPA constituents and our profession at the AAPA national level meetings by addressing Derm PA concerns and advancing Derm PA interests. Dermatology physician assistants face many key issues regarding our scope and practice, reimbursement, relationship with dermatologists and public perception of our role in providing care. She believes it is vital for each SDPA member to be informed on the current issues, and equally important that each member has a voice in response to those issues.

Sara Wilchowski
DMSc, PA-C
Sara Wilchowski practiced medicine specializing in dermatology for over a decade prior to a recent career change into industry. She has authored numerous peer reviewed publications and lectured nationally on a variety of topics. She has dedicated her entire career to advancing the PA profession and giving back in the form of education or leadership with local and national PA societies. Passionate about the profession and committed to advancing healthcare she is eager to continue to give back to the philanthropic arm of the SDPA. Sara now serves as a senior MSL and instructional faculty at her alma mater in Detroit.

Victoria Maloney
MPAS, PA-C
Victoria graduated with her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Marquette University then went on to complete an Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship Program in Dermatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She continues to work in Dermatology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee with a focus in inflammatory skin diseases including psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa specialty clinics. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she works as an Epic Superuser and Epic Builder working within the Dermatology Department to optimize practice. Victoria has volunteered on the SDPA Membership Committee since 2019 earning the award of Committee Member of the Year in 2021, Membership chair for 2022-2024 term, and is looking forward to the opportunity to continue to serve SDPA and DPAF.

Jane Mast
PA-C, MPAS, DMSc, PhD
Jane Mast is a dermatology medical director at Novartis. She has practiced as a Dermatology PA for 20 years and still enjoys seeing patients. She has built her professional career around the needs of patients and addressing medical education needs in the field of Dermatology. Jane is a past president of the Society of Dermatology PAs. She is also a past trustee at large for the Dermatology PA Foundation aswell as board of director for the SDPA. She has a bachelors degree in Biochemistry from Miami University, a masters degree in PA studies from the University of Florida, a Doctorate of medical science from the University of Lynchburg and a PhD in public health. She also holds a post graduate certificate from the Wharton School of Business in Business Analytics and a certificate in immunology from Harvard Medical School. She has published numerous articles and is excited about the impact she has ontransforming the standard of care for patients with complex dermatological diseases. She lives on the space coast of Florida with her husband and two children and enjoys hurricane tracking and photography in her spare time.

Kristin Grippe

Kristen Grippe began practicing in 2005 as a Dermatology PA. After 10 years of full-time practice, she transitioned to PA education and is now the interim Program Director for Gannon University's PA program in Erie, PA. She still practices medicine one day per week and enjoys interacting with students, patients, and colleagues to provide education and advocacy.

Colleen Nalepinski
PA-C
Colleen Elizabeth Gosa Nalepinski is a nationally certified PA. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Certificate in Gerontology while on the women’s varsity rowing team and receiving national scholar-athlete honors. She received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Marquette University in 2011. Following graduation, she started her career in research at a phase 1 research unit in West Bend, WI, working in various roles, including principal investigator and manager of medical operations. After nine years of phase 1 research, she moved to a global clinical research organization for a director role in decentralized trials in 2020. In 2022 she graduated with a Doctor of Medical Sciences- Healthcare Leadership and Administration track from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Colleen is dedicated to advancing PAs in research. In June 2023, her manuscript PAs as principal investigators of FDA-regulated clinical trials was published. She is honored to be joining the DPAF Board of Directors.

Ashley Worthington

Ashley graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, and then earned her Masters in Physician Assistant Practice from the University of Dayton in 2018. She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, where she now resides and practices medical and surgical dermatology. Ashley’s passion lies in serving patients in her community. Outside of clinic, she enjoys traveling, yoga, reading, and exploring new restaurants in Chicago.
