Annual Silent Auction – Item Donation Form

Donate to the DPAF 3rd Annual Silent Auction

The DPAF needs your help! This fall we will host our 3rd Annual Silent Auction in support of the Children’s Skin Disease Foundation (CSFD) Camp Wonder. Camp Wonder is a 1-week camp that offers children with severe skin diseases a once in a lifetime opportunity to just “be a kid”. Our Annual Silent auction allows the Foundation to raise funds to sponsor travel and attendance for 10 children and 2 DPAF physician assistant (PA) volunteers each year.

We are seeking donations of items for this year’s auction. Items can include anything from jewelry, art, educational tools for dermatology PAs, gift cards, to all-inclusive trips. Contributors will be recognized on the DPAF website, in the DPAF annual report, and on the auction website itself. All contributions are tax-deductible, and DPAF staff will send you a personalized receipt for your tax records based on the entered value of your contributed item. Our Tax ID Number is 81-1072003.

This your chance to contribute to a week of desperately needed fun for children with life-threatening skin diseases.

Why we support Camp Wonder & you should too!

Former Camp Wonder campers, Mark and Stephanie, stopped by the SDPA’s Dermcast Studios to talk about why they love Camp Wonder, what made them decide to become Camp Wonder counselors and how Camp Wonder became part of their community.

SDPA Fellow member Krista Smith became the first ever DPAF sponsored PA volunteer to travel to Camp Wonder in June of 2017. Following her week at camp, she wrote a touching account of how the experience changed her outlook on life and the wonderful connections she made during her time there.
