Individuals and organizations are encouraged to support the DPAF with a sustaining or one-time monetary gift. No gift is too small, and every contribution helps us achieve our goals and support the dermatology community and patients.
Your contribution to the DPAF as an individual donor (however large or small) will aid us in our mission to support the dermatology community and it’s patients. Please take a moment to complete the form below and become a contributor. All contributions are tax deductible. You also have the option to make your donation recurring and further extend your impact by covering the cost of the credit card processing fees typically incurred by the DPAF.

Individuals can contribute at the standard levels below or enter their own amount at checkout:

- $120 – Contributor ($10/month)
- $240 – Sponsor ($20/month)
- $356 – “Dollar-A-Day” Sponsor ($30.42/month)
Individual – Chairman’s & Founders Circle**
- Silver – $500
- Gold – $1,000
- Platinum – $2,500**
- Diamond – $5,000**
**Founders Circle Donors are those who gave during the inaugural years of 2015, 2016, and 2017, and continue to give each year at the Chairman’s Circle Level. Thank you to our current donors.
Donors may contribute all at once, or sign-up for monthly recurring payments. Individuals who wish to donate may also contribute by check or credit card, for check donations, please contact us for further instructions.
Donations are tax deductible. The DPAF is an IRS approved 501c3 organization. If you have any questions or do not receive a copy of your invoice/receipt, please contact us us and we will have a copy. sent to you.
