The DPAF 2nd Annual Silent Auction was a great success! Thank you to everyone who submitted bids. As you know, all net proceeds from the auction will benefit Camp Wonder. Hosted by the Children’s Skin Disease Foundation (CSDF), Camp Wonder provides children with severe skin diseases an opportunity to take a break from being a patient and just be a kid.
This year’s auction was held online only due to the SDPA’s Fall Conference in San Juan, Puerto Rico having been cancelled as a result of the damage the island suffered from Hurricane Maria. Even though we were not able to present the items in person during the conference, we still had an amazing turnout with over $7,000 in net proceeds raised for contribution to help send 8 kids and 2 volunteer PAs to Camp Wonder in 2018.
The DPAF is thrilled and honored to support the amazing work of Camp Wonder. Don’t take our word for why Camp Wonder is so important in the lives of children with skin disease and the volunteers who attend:
Hear from the Volunteers: DPAF volunteer Krista Smith traveled to Camp Wonder in 2017 on behalf of the Foundation. Read Krista’s touching account of her experience. Keep an eye out for your opportunity to volunteer in early 2018!

Help us reach our goal!
We are so appreciative of all the support our community has provided, but we still need your help! We aren’t yet at our $20,000 fundraising goal and you can help us reach it. As we bring the year to a close, consider contributing a donation towards our goal and help us send the full contribution amount. Your contributions will not only be tax deductible, but will also help us send all eight children to Camp Wonder. Donate below:
